Indian Institute of Management Ranchi is inviting applications from individuals to fill the TWO(2) posts of Research Internship as part of a research project titled “Singing the unsung: Reading select narratives about Indian Dalit & Muslim Women Warriors of 1857”.
Role & location: The interns are required to work under the supervision of the principal investigator at the IIM Ranchi campus. The interns’ responsibilities include conducting extensive literature reviews, preparing draft manuscripts, writing reports and other project-related works as directed by the investigator.
Educational Qualification & additional requirements: Post-Graduate/ MPhil (completed or pursuing) in English Literature/Cultural Studies with 60 % or equivalent CGPA. The candidate must be proficient in English and have good knowledge of MS office.
Remuneration and duration: The interns will only be appointed for two months (May & June 2023). The remuneration will be INR 35000/- per month. The interns must arrange their accommodation outside the campus.
Selection process: The applications received will be shortlisted based on the candidate’s academic credentials and personal statement. Only shortlisted candidates will receive a call by 30th March 2023 to attend an online interview scheduled in April 2023.
