Centre for Good Governance is inviting application from individuals to fill the post of VDI Engineer.

EXPERIENCE:

• Should have an experience of over 5+ years in VMWare Horizon.
• Should have experience in VMWARE.
• Should have experience in maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azur SSO.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/ M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Electronics/Computer Science) with a minimum of 50% marks.

JOB PROFILE:

1. Implementation/Administration/Troubleshoot/Support experience with VMWare Horizon and FSLogix profile containers and MSIX app attach.
2. Setup, Support and manage VMware Horizon View (VDI) infrastructure.
3. Design and engineer modern Windows 10/11 golden images for all VDI environments.
4. Strong focus on vSphere capacity planning and performance tools
5. Experience and good knowledge on VMWare vSphere, vCenter, vROPs, ESXI Hosts, Networking skills, Update Manager, HA, DRS, vMotion, vMotion, Template & Cloning, etc.
6. Responsible for analysis, administration, and support of VMWare Horizon View VDI
7. Provisions servers including adding, allocating and managing vDisks for end-user devices.
8. VMware AppVolumes Administration support
9. Develop scripts to automate the monitoring of VDI environment.
10. Responds to End User requests for technical support and assistance within established procedures.
11. Desktop Pool build and maintenance.
12. Virtualization experience including VMWare vSphere, Azure, Microsoft Server and Microsoft Windows 10/11
13. Proficient use PowerShell/PowerCLI/Any scripting to manage virtual machines templates and virtual infrastructure will be an added advantage.
14. Knowledge of Microsoft AD, GPO domain level and Windows operating system.
15. Scripting in any of the programming language is preferable.
16. Strong experience with automation and operations
17. Working Knowledge on Instant Clones and FSLogix
18. Knowledge in ITIL processes
19. Coordinating with different stakeholders and work with project teams.
20. Perform RCA for Major Incidents.
21. Good communication and
22. Any tasks assigned by Managers and reporting officer.
