Deputation-Based Recruitment at Food Corporation of India for Assistant General Manager ( Civil Engineering /Electrical Mechanical)

Food Corporation of India is inviting applications from individuals to fill the post of Assistant General Manager (Civil Engineering /Electrical Mechanical) On Transfer Through Deputation Basis.

Qualifications:

• AGM(CE): 1. Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University. 2. Holding analogous post in grade of E-3 or L-11 or minimum 05 years’ experience should be in the capacity of Assistant Engineer or equivalent in IDA pay scale of Rs.40,000- 1,40,000 (E-1) (the equivalent CDA Pay Level as per 7 th CPC is L-08) or Equivalent and above.
• AGM(EM) 1. Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University. 2. Holding analogous post in grade of E-3 or L-11 or minimum 05 years’ experience should be in the capacity of Assistant Engineer in IDA pay scale of Rs.40,000-1,40,000 (E-1) (the equivalent CDA Pay Level as per 7 th CPC is L08) or Equivalent and above.

DEPUTATION PERIOD:- The period of deputation shall initially be for 3 years, extendable upto five years, on yearly basis with the consent of both the organizations.

MODE OF SELECTION:- Mode of selection shall consists of scrutiny of Applications followed by personal interview.

JOB LOCATION:- The job location will be on all India basis i.e. Delhi/NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chandigarh, Shimla, Jaipur, Lucknow, J&K, Dehradun, Panchkula, Bangalore, Amravati, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Bhopal, Patna, Ranchi, Bhubaneshwar, Shillong, Itanagar, Imphal, Dimapur etc.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Applications in the prescribed format(in duplicate) from desirous and eligible persons who can be relieved for taking up the assignment in the event of their selection, may be forwarded through proper channel with the following documents:- a. Up-to-date and duly attested ACRs for the preceding five years. b. Vigilance Clearance indication that no disciplinary proceedings/criminal proceedings are pending or contemplated against the officer. c. Integrity certificate, duly signed by an officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of India. d. Self-attested photocopies of documents for proof of age, qualification, experience, caste etc. should be attached with an application. Original certificates will, however, be scrutinized at the time of interview. e. The terms of appointment, pay and other benefits of the officer will be in accordance with the Rules of the Corporation. f. The qualification and experience shall be reckoned as on 31.03.2023 g. The officer who got selected for the post of Asstt. Geneal Manager of engineer cadre will not be considered for absorption in FCI. Since post is only for deputation. h.
