Centre for Management Development, Kerala is inviting applications from individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Private Secretary/Technical Assistant to Chairman (Vacancy: 01): Degree in Marine Engineering/Nautical Science. Candidates should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Maritime Sector
2. Management Trainee (Vacancy: 01): ACS Final/Inter Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience preparation of Board Notices, Minutes of Meetings and Other Board Secretariat Works
3. Training Co-ordinator (Vacancy: 01): Degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical Science Candidates should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Maritime/Training & Development Sector
4. Resident Engineer – Customs EDI Operation (Vacancy: 02): Diploma in Network Engineering Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in recognised Customs EDI Center or 2 years of experience in Networking in a reputed firm
5. Surveyor (Vacancy: 02): A Marine or Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or Naval Architect in possession of minimum first or second class Motor/Steam Ministry of Transport (MOT) Certificate issued by Director General of Shipping, Government of India or equivalent certificate recognised by the Government of India and 5 years of experience after first certificate of competency either in sea going regular vessels or Classification Societies or Ship Building yards or reputed International Shipping Companies or State Port Department or State Maritime Board or Directorate of General Shipping or Mercantile Marine Department; Or Master Mariner (Foreign Going) with 2 years of sailing experience or experience in maritime training or marine survey after having obtained master’s certificate issued by Director General of Shipping, Government of India or equivalent international certificate; Or Marine Engineer Operator Class III [Near Coastal Voyage Vessel (NCV) – Chief Engineer Officer] Certificate or Master (Near Coastal Voyage Vessel) certificate issued by the Director General of Shipping with minimum 10 years of sailing experience of which at least 5 years experience in the capacity of Master or Chief Engineer; Or Inland Vessel Master Class I or Inland Engineer Certificate with a minimum of 15 years of service on board inland vessels of which at least 5 year shall be in the capacity of Master or Chief Engineer; Or A basic Degree in Naval Architecture with 7 years’ experience in sea going regular vessels or Classification Societies or Ship Building yards or reputed International Shipping Corporation or State Port Department or Diploma in ship building with 15 years’ experience in sea going regular vessels or Classification Societies or Ship Building yards or reputed International Shipping Corporations or State Port Department.
6. Senior Civil Engineer (Vacancy: 01): Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Port/Harbour Engineering/Similar Works
7. Civil Engineer (Vacancy: 01): Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Port/Harbour Engineering/Similar Works
8. Electrical Engineer (Vacancy: 01): Graduation in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Port/Harbour Engineering/Warehouse related Works
9. Law Officer (Vacancy: 01): LLB with 5 years of BAR/Legal Advisory Experience Candidates should have proficiency in rendering advice to the Board on all legal matters namely Board’s Cases. Contracts, Rules & Regulations etc. Candidates should also possess adequate skills to conduct enquiries as per the directions from Chairman and CEO
10. IT Engineer (Hardware) (Vacancy: 01): B Tech/Diploma in Computer Science Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in Hardware and Networking
11. IT Engineer (Software) (Vacancy: 01): B Tech/Diploma in Computer Science Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in Software Support/Development
12. Multi-Tasking Staff (Vacancy: 04): Degree in any Discipline with excellent proficiency in Computer Operation Should have proficiency in Office Administrative Assistance in Govt./Clerical Nature of Jobs/LMV Driving.
