Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Rajasthan is inviting applications from individuals to fill various teaching positions:

1. Professor

3. Assistant Professor

Terms and Conditions: 1. Application form has to be filled only in online mode through web link available on the website of the University, within the prescribed time limit as indicated in the advertisement. 2. Applicants applying for more than one post/department must apply separately, separate fee has to be paid for each post. 3. The Last date for filling online application is 06-03-2023 (11:59 P.M.). The Printed hard copy of the application form along with self-attested copies of testimonials/certificates etc kept in an envelope duly superscripted “Application for the post of ___________’’ must reach the office of “The Registrar, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, N.H. No. 11, Jaisalmer Road, Bikaner-334004 on or before 14-03-2023 by 05:00 p.m.” Forms received after 14-03-2023 shall not be entertained under any circumstances. University shall not responsible for any postal delays. 4. The selection process will be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner in force. 5. The qualifications, Pay Scales and other conditions for the advertised teaching positions shall be in accordance with UGC Regulations 2018 as adopted by the State Government through letter dated 19-08-2020, AICTE Regulation 2019, norms of the Government of Rajasthan and University as applicable to such recruitments, which may change from time to time. 6. The pension scheme will be applicable as per Maharaja Ganga Singh University Norms and conditions. 7. Call letters and other correspondence for attending the Examination/Interview etc., will be sent only to the eligible candidates by Email/Post and schedule will be displayed on MGSU website. The candidates are advised to check the University website regularly. 8. Reservation Policy for SC, ST, BC, MBC, EWS and Persons with Disabilities will be as per the norms of Government of Rajasthan as amended from time to time. Candidates applying for the reserved posts should clearly mention the category they belong to. They must enclose a Certificate of this regard issued by the competent authority, failing which their application will not be considered in the reservation category. Benefit under the category Person with Disabilities (PWD) shall be admissible only if the disability is not less than 40%. The candidate must attach a valid certificate of this regard. 9. As per the Reservation Policy of the Government of Rajasthan, such applicants who are not domicile of Rajasthan state and belong to reserve category shall be considered in unreserved category. 10. The eligibility of candidates will be determined as per the qualification held on the last date fixed for submission of application form. Candidates are advised to satisfy themselves about their eligibility as per UGC/AICTE norms. No enquiry in this regard will be entertained. 11. Candidates already employed in the service are required to attach the No Objection Certificate of their employer along with the application form within the stipulated date.
