Indian Institute of Management Lucknow is inviting applications from individuals to fill the post of Program Manager on contract basis.

Qualifications: • Graduate in Engineering / MBA Marketing • At least 2 years of work experience in Startup ecosystem/ Business Incubators/ Accelerators/ Venture Capital firms • Designing & execution of various startup programs in the past • Age: Below 35 Years

Job description & Key responsibilities:

• To design, execute & run end-to-end acceleration & startup business programs for IIML EIC
• To explore & build potential associations with corporates, PSUs & government organizations by creating innovative models and programs in the area of Corporate Innovation & Corporate Venture Capital
• To help and support in building potential associations with organizations/Institutes to provide consulting services
• To design and execute marketing strategies in guidance with department head
• To execute and manage Mentors & Investors for IIML EIC
• To collaborate with innovation ecosystem stakeholders

5. There will be multiple rounds of interviews as deemed appropriate by the management.
6. No TA/DA or any other incidental expenses will be reimbursed for attending the interview.
7. Initial appointment will be for 1 year on contract renewable further subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and need of the IIML-EIC.
8. The compensation will be decided out depending on qualification, experience, last drawn salary and relevant factors.
