National Board of Examinations Hiring Junior Programmer on Contract Basis

National Board of Examinations is inviting applications from individuals to fill the post of Junior Programmer on contractual basis initially for a period of 89 days.

Essential Qualification: B. Tech/BE/BCA/DOEACC (‘B’ or ‘C’ level) /Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with specialization in computers or equivalent. (The candidates having relevant experience in PHP Program, PHP Framework, JS framework, MYSQL, LINUX Server, Firewall and Network will be given preference.)

Mode of Selection: ❖ To qualify any examination as may be prescribed by NBEMS, which shall be decided on the basis of the number of applications received.

General Conditions: a) Duly filled application form along with the following enclosures should reach, “The Joint Director (Admin), National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, NAMS Building, Ansari Nagar, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, New Delhi – 110029.” On or Before 06.03.2023 before 1700 hours. • Self-attested copies of Educational qualifications / Experiences. • Caste certificate in respect of SC, ST, OBC candidate if you belong to any such category. • Experience Certificate in respect of each experience claimed. b) The envelope should be super scribed with APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF “JUNIOR PROGRAMMER (ON CONTRACT).” c) Candidate should possess the age eligibility, educational qualifications and experience as on the last date for receipt of applications. d) Applications received after the last date shall not be considered and will be summarily rejected without any communication to the candidate. NBEMS will not be responsible for any postal/transit delay. e) Candidates should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered, fabricated or suppress any material information while submitting the application and certified copies / testimonials. In case it is detected at any stage that the candidates don’t fulfil the eligibility norms and/or that they have suppressed/twisted or truncated any material facts, their candidature shall stand cancelled without giving any reasons and notice to the candidate. If any of these shortcomings is detected even after appointment, their services shall be liable to be terminated and he/she shall be liable for criminal proceedings. f) The number of vacancies may increase/decrease/withdrawn without prior notice. g) Applications which do not meet all criteria given in this advertisement / incomplete application will be rejected, without any communication to the candidate. h) No correspondence or personal enquiries shall be entertained by the Board. i) Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification. j) Decision of the Board in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to be produced for the purpose of the conduct of examination, selection and any other matter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. k) The decision of NBEMS shall be final and binding in all respects. l) Further, the Board reserves right to stall / cancel the recruitment partially / fully at any stage during the recruitment process at its discretion, without assigning any reason which will be final and binding on the candidate. m) The Board also reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process as a whole or at any stage thereof for any of the posts without any prior notice or without assigning any reason thereof. n) NBEMS reserves its absolute rights to alter/delete/modify/amend any or all of the above criteria at any stage of the process. o) The shortlisted candidates are required to submit all the documents pertaining to Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste etc. for document verification. If any candidate is found ineligible, his/her candidature shall be cancelled. p) Reservation and Age limit relaxation will be applicable as per the GOI instructions issued from time to time. q) The Board reserves the right to hold a written examination or fix its own criteria for selecting the candidates. r) Accommodation is not provided by the NBEMS. s) Eligible candidates are requested to submit their application as per format provided below.
