Non-Faculty Positions at All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bathinda (AIIMS Bathinda)

All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bathinda (AIIMS Bathinda) is inviting applications from individuals for the following positions:

1. Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor: Essential: i) B.Sc. (Nursing) degree from a recognized University/Institution. OR Registered Nurse and Midwife with Sister Tutor’s Diploma. ii) 3 years’ experience in a Teaching Institution. Desirable qualification & experience: i) Master’s Degree in Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institution. ii) Ability to use computers – Hands on experience in office application, spread sheet and presentations.
2. Librarian Grade-III: Essential: 1. Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Service from a recognized University /Institute. OR B.Sc. Degree or equivalent from a recognized University and Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Library Science from a recognized University or Institute. With i) 2 years’s Professional experience in a library of under Central/ State/ Autonomous/ Statutory organization/ PSU/ University or recognized research and educational institution. ii) Ability to use computers – Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations. Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University or Institute.
3. Hostel Warden: Essential: 1. Graduate from a recognized University/Institute. 2. Certificate/Diploma in House Keeping/ Materials Management/ Public Relations/ Estate Management. 3. Possessing 02 years’ experience of handling hostels in Government/ Reputed organization.
4. Laboratory Technician: Essential: a) 10+2 with science. b) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Desirable:- B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology.
5. Cashier: Essential: 1. Degree in Commerce of recognized University or equivalent and 2. At least 02 years’ experience of handling accounts work of a Govt. organization. and 3. Having proficiency in Computer application.
6. Senior Administrative Assistant (UDC): Essential: (i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Proficiency in Computers. (iii)Skill Test Norms on computer: Typing speed @ 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi. (Time allowed 10 minutes) (35 w.p.m. or 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
7. Laboratory Attendant Grade-II: Essential: a) 10+2 with Science. b) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology. Desirable:- Experience – 02 year in relevant field.
8. Hospital Attendant Grade-II: Essential: a) Matriculation from a recognized school/board. b) Certificate course in Hospital Services conducted by a recognized organization (such as St. Johns Ambulance). Desirable:- Experience of having worked in a hospital.
