For the position of JGM (CS), Rail India Technical and Economic Service Limited is seeking applications.

Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant AND Qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Minimum post – qualification experience: 16 years. Experience is defined as under: Candidates working in Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ autonomous organizations etc. should have a total experience of atleast 16 years and should be working for a minimum of 2 years in IDA pay scale of 80,000 – 2,00,000/ CDA scale at level 12 in pay matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent scales. Candidates working in Private Sector or other organizations with experience in Executive capacity as indicated above should have an annual CTC of atleast 28.99 LPA. Candidates should have post-qualification experience of 16 years in finance or secretarial works after acquiring any of the professional qualification as per the essential criteria. The candidate should have working experience for 5 years in Company Secretary Department including 2 years in a listed company and be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

While filling up the required details, candidates are advised to carefully and correctly fill the details of “Identity Proof”. Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure the availability of the same Identity Proof as it will be required to be produced in original at later stages of selection (if called). 5. After filling up the required details under the “Fill/ Modify Application Form”, click on “Make payment”. The payment details show the amount to be paid to the bank based on your category. Applications without successful fee payment shall be treated as incomplete and shall be summarily rejected. 6. While applying online, candidates must attach SELF-ATTESTED SCANNED COPIES of the following documents: a. 2 recent passport size colour photographs b. High School certificate for proof of Date of Birth c. Certificates of Academic & Professional qualifications and statements of marks of all the qualifications for all semesters/years (Xth, XIIth, Diploma/ Graduation/ PostGraduation as applicable) d.
