For Law Officer Grade-II/Deputy Commandant positions, the Border Security Force is seeking applications.
DISQUALIFICATION:- No person, (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with other person, shall be eligible for appointment under these rules: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS:- (A) AGE LIMIT Not exceeding 40 years (Relaxable for Government servant upto five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Central Government) Note- Crucial date for determining the age limit in each case shall be closing date on receipt of online application.
(B) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (i) ESSENTIAL:- (a) Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute with seven years of legal experience as an Advocate. Or Master degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute with five years of legal experience as an Advocate. (ii) DESIRABLE:- Two years experience in dealing with trials under special law relating to Armed Forces as well as related court cases
