Sports Authority of India (SAI) Recruiting Coaches in Various Grades

Sports Authority of India (SAI) is inviting applications from individuals to fill the following vacancies:

• High Performance Coach:
  1. Officers working under the Central Govt. /State Govt. /UT Administration (Including their attached or subordinate offices)/ PSUs / Autonomous or Statutory Organization/ Universities/ Educational & research institutions holding: Analogues post in their parent cadre/department or Officers with regular service of 5 years in the pay Level-12 i.e. (Rs. 78800-209200/-) Pay DoPT guidelines for pay fixation and the experience for deputation upon the level for which the application is made.
  2. Diploma or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognized Indian/Foreign University OR Medal winner in Olympic/World Championship/ Twice Olympic Participation OR Dronacharya Awardee with 5 years experience.
• Chief Coach:
  1. Officers working under the Central Govt. /State Govt. /UT Administration (Including their attached or subordinate offices)/ PSUs / Autonomous or Statutory Organization/ Universities/ Educational & research institutions holding: Analogues post in their parent cadre/department or Officers with regular service of 5 years in the pay Level-11 i.e. (Rs. 67700-208700/-) Pay DoPT guidelines for pay fixation and the experience for deputation upon the level for which the application is made.
  2. Diploma or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognised Indian/Foreign University OR Olympics/ Paralympics/ International Participation (as defined by SAI) OR Dronacharya Awardee with 3 years experience.
• Senior Coach:
  1. Officers working under the Central Govt. /State Govt. /UT Administration (Including their attached or subordinate offices)/ PSUs / Autonomous or Statutory Organization/ Universities/ Educational & research institutions holding: Analogues post in their parent cadre/department or Officers with regular service of 5 years in the pay Level-10 i.e. (Rs. 56100-177500/-) Pay DoPT guidelines for pay fixation and the experience for deputation upon the level for which the application is made.
  2. Diploma or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognised Indian/Foreign University OR Olympics/ Paralympics/ International Participation (as defined by SAI) OR Dronacharya Awardee with 2 years experience.
• Coach:
  1. Officers working under the Central Govt. /State Govt. /UT Administration (Including their attached or subordinate offices)/ PSUs / Autonomous or Statutory Organization/ Universities/ Educational & research institutions holding: Analogues post in their parent cadre/department or Officers with regular service of 3 years in the pay Level-7 i.e. (Rs. 44900-142400/-) Or Officers with regular service of 8 years in the pay Level-6 i.e. (Rs. 35400-112400/-) Pay DoPT guidelines for pay fixation and the experience for deputation upon the level for which the application is made.
  2. Diploma or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognised Indian/Foreign University OR Olympics/ Paralympics/ International Participation (as defined by SAI) OR Dronacharya Awardee with 1 year experience.
