Various Vacancies at Cent Bank House Finance Limited

Cent Bank House Finance Limited is inviting applications from individuals to fill the following positions:

• Manager:
  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in any Housing Finance Company / Banks/NBFCs dealing in mortgage loan out of which 2 years experience in Managerial cadre. Management Trainee / Internship period will not be considered as count of experience.
  2. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university.
  3. Age: Age minimum 25 years and maximum 35 years with relaxation of five years for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates in maximum age criteria as on 15/03/2023.
• Assistant Manager:
  1. Age: Age minimum 25 years and maximum 35 years with relaxation of five years for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates in maximum age criteria as on 28/02/2023
  2. Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in any Housing Finance Company/Banks/NBFCs dealing in mortgage loan out of which 2 years experience in Managerial cadre. Management Trainee/Internship period will not be considered as count of experience.
  3. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university.
• Chief Risk Officer (CRO):
  1. Experience: Experience of 3 years at Managerial cadre in HFCs/ Banks/Financial Institutions/NBFCs/Tech Companies in Risk Management area.
  2. Maximum Age: 45 Years on date of publishing of advertisement
  3. Qualification: Graduate Degree from UGC recognized university. Candidates should possess/Passed Certificate/Course /Diploma /Degree In Risk Management From Any Recognized Institution In India/Abroad. Good understanding of Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk and other type of Risks. Preference will be given for candidates having higher qualifications such as designated Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India equivalent abroad or designated as a Cost and Management Accountant by the Institute of Cost Accountant of India or equivalent abroad or MBA with finance specialization. Note: Candidate having pending disciplinary action against them at the time of applying for the position or having been punished under disciplinary proceedings in last 5 years will not be considered eligible. All appointments are subject to satisfactory reference/background verification.
