Walk-In Interview for Venture Positions at National Institute of Nutrition, Telangana

On May 15, 2023, the National Institute of Nutrition, Telangana, will hold walk-in interviews for the following positions:

1. Project SRF (Food and Nutrition) -3 posts:
   • Essential: M.Sc. Nutrition from a recognized university And Willing to work in the field and able to understand the local Language
   • Desirable: One year experience conducting field or Community Studies (24-hour dietary recall data collection)
2. Project SRF (Anthropology/ Sociology/ Social work):
   • Essential: Post Graduation (M.Sc/M.A/MSW) in Anthropology / Social Sciences / Sociology / Social work from a recognized university . And Willing to work in the field and able to understand the local Language
   • Desirable: Experience in conducting Anthropometry, Mobile Tablet based data collection in field or Community Studies.
3. Project Field Worker:
   • Essential: 12th pass in Science subjects from a recognized organization and 2 years experience in field studies *B.Sc Degree in Life Sciences shall be treated as three years experience And Willing to work in the field and able to understand the local Language.
   • Desirable: Minimum of One year experience in Data collection from field or community studies

Terms and Conditions: 1) The number of posts may vary according to the project requirement. 2) The above posts are on temporary basis only. 3) Age relaxation will be as per ICMR guidelines. 4) Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST as per DoPT rules. 5) The Director & Appointing Authority has the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason(s) and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained. 6) Since, the posts are temporary; the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointment at ICMR-NIN or continuation of his/ her services in any other project. 7) The results of the final selection will be placed on ICMR-NIN and ICMR websites. No intimation will be sent by e-mail or phone.
